Business Improvement Manager

ULTRONE NZ LIMITED is based in Auckland,  endeavoring to seek a competent business improvement manager to join us to work in Auckland region.

We offer hourly wage rates ranging from $35 to $70 depending on your skill and / or experience, and you are required to work full time, at least 30 hours per week.

You should have at least 2 year's relevant work experience, or hold relevant NZQCF qualification

Your main tasks include :

research market trends and identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and tender submissions to expand our company’s project portfolio, in particular in the commercial property development segment

plan and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, contractors, consultants and government agencies to enhance our company’s market presence, most importantly the improvement of our business’ operational and financial performance..

promote and organize new products, services and solutions, to strengthen competitiveness.

negotiate and coordinate contracts, ensuring profitable and compliant business relationships.

direct, control and analyse business performance, budgets and key indicators to assess the effectiveness of development strategies.
