We have an exciting opportunity for a Health,Safety & Wellbeing Business Partner to join our Albany-based SupportCentre and make a real difference.

As a key member of our People team, you'll work closely withthe Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing to champion a strong culture of careand continuous improvement.

This is your chance to influence strategy, coachleaders, and embed best practice that protects and empowers our people.

What you'll do :

Be atrusted advisor to business owners and leaders across our store network,helping them navigate a wide range of health, safety, and wellbeingmatters.

Shapeand enhance our HSW management system, ensuring it reflects legislativechanges, industry trends, and best practice aligned to AS / NZS

EmbedHSW into business plans and processes, driving risk reduction, legalcompliance, and worker participation.

Leadby example, promoting a positive safety culture and supporting thedelivery of our HSW strategy.

Facilitatetraining and development, equipping stakeholders with the knowledge andconfidence to keep people safe.

Supportcritical risk management, developing cooperative-wide processes thatprotect what matters most.

What you'll bring :

3+years' experience in health and safety within a complex or similarindustry environment.

Strongknowledge of NZ Health & Safety legislation, best practice, andemerging international trends.

Familiaritywith AS / NZS

• and AS / NZS
• standards and experience maintainingthese in a dynamic organisation.

Acollaborative mindset and the ability to influence and engage at alllevels.

Passionand enthusiasm for driving continuous improvement and creating safer,healthier workplaces.
