Te Turanga – About the role As a Talent Selection Partner , you'll play a key role in building and maintaining a strong pipeline of aspiring Owner Operators.
This is a role with real impact - helping us secure the leadership capability that keeps our Co-op strong.
You'll : - Build the pipeline : Attract and identify aspiring Owner Operators - Guide the journey : Coach candidates through assessment centres and interviews - Coordinate selection : Lead end-to-end selection processes - Recruit retail leaders : Map and headhunt talent for leadership roles across our store network.
