About The Role

As a Talent Coordinator at ZURU, you’ll join our global Talent Acquisition team and learn how to attract, engage, and hire top talent worldwide. This is an entry‑level role with hands‑on experience, mentorship, and exposure to global recruitment processes and the ZURU hiring framework. You’ll grow your skills while supporting a high‑performing team that builds ZURU’s future.

Position Impact

• First 3–6 months : Learn how to engage with candidates and have effective recruitment conversations, support hiring managers, assist with sourcing and coordination, and develop an understanding of the ZURU hiring framework.
• Longer term : Build confidence in managing recruitment processes, contribute to candidate engagement, and establish a strong foundation to grow within ZURU’s Talent Acquisition team.
