We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for this pivotal role in shaping the delivery of an exceptional recruitment experience for the 2026 General Election. You primary role will support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
This is a fixed term role from February 2026 - November 2026. Primarily based in Ellerslie, there is potential to work around the region to support the Election.
You will be working closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment practices align with best practices and organisational needs while enhancing the Commission's recruitment brand. Whether it is crafting compelling job adverts, conducting candidate assessments, or delivering training to hiring managers. You will contribute to fostering a positive and seamless experience for all stakeholders.
This is a Grade 15 role, with a salary band of $79,150 -$87,940 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
The role reports to the Recruitment and Talent Lead based in Wellington.
