About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our workforce.

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment process.

From crafting compelling job adverts to identifying top talent and supporting hiring managers, you'll ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Job Location : Based in Greenlane, Auckland, with occasional travel to the regions.

Job Type : This is a full-time (40 hours) permanent position from Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm).

Key Responsibilities

Driving initiatives to increase Healthvision's "Employer Visibility" and create positive brand awareness

Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies

Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle across a variety of roles

Utilising your knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative strategies to find quality candidates

Reference checking and documentation, as required

Providing timely feedback to applicants throughout the process

Preparing employment offers

Maintaining and updating employee information on the HRIS (BambooHR)

General ad hoc - Recruitment administration, reporting and related HR project initiatives

Keeping abreast of relevant legislation changesand immigration hurdles to understandits impact on theorganisation

Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

About you

To be successful in this role, you would have a creative approach to problem-solving, be able to deal with multiple personalities in the office and :

Minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a Recruitment or HR based role is a MUST.

Experience within the healthcare industry would be an added advantage

Proficient in MS Office and preferably have experience working with an ATS and / or HRIS

Excellent inter-personal skills

Ability to work autonomously and understand how to prioritise tasks

Highly organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage expectations within tight deadlines

Ability to thrive in a busy team environment and keep calm under pressure

Tertiary qualification in HR or Business-related is preferred but not essential

Current Clean (Full or Restricted) Drivers Licence and the right to work legally and permanently in New Zealand
