What will you do?
Provide leadership for the Alternating shift teamLeading and developing the health and safety cultureSetting and achieving production priorities with the emphasis on production efficiency, throughput, and status reporting.Contribute and implement continuous improvement of shiftLead by engaging with the team on the shop floor and work with them to solve issuesAbout YouGood leadership / people management, communication, and decision-making skills with experience in manufacturing / operational environment.Excellent understanding of the Health, Safety & environmental procedures.Understanding of financial / accounting principles and employment legislation and experience with ERP systemsWhy Join Us?
