OverviewUse your change management skills to help us transform how we do asset management.
This is a full-time role in our Whangarei Electricity Platforms team supporting a pipeline of transformational asset management business improvement projects, including ESRI GIS and Maximo implementations and re-engineering of inspection techniques and technologies.About the roleReporting to the Strategic Initiatives Programme Manager, you'll work closely with senior management, asset management staff and contractors, Project Managers, Analysts and Engineers to lead change management on our Network Platform systems projects.
If you have the right skills and experience, you'll help lift our game in terms of how we manage change across projects, planning and delivering project change management activities.
The role also includes business analysis duties and creating, maintaining and delivering learning (or overseeing these outcomes).
ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver change management activitiesCollaborate with other change managers and stakeholders to develop change practicesBusiness analysis, requirements and process documentation and testingLearning and developmentAbout youTo be successful, you'll have experience helping software projects engage with users and manage organisational changes as systems are introduced, possibly from a background as an analyst, tester or trainer.
