You're known for your ability to influence, communicate clearly, and foster strong peer relationships.In This Role, You WillDeliver OCM services using Fusion5's proven frameworkCollaborate with sales and delivery teams to embed change strategiesBuild strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisorLead change initiatives across diverse industriesMentor consultants and contribute to internal capability buildingSupport presales activities and contribute to solution designWorkshop outcomes with customers acting as a lead consultant when requiredProduce proposals for customers with associated high-level costingCapture requirements through "value chain modelling" and other industry techniquesProduce business insights and consult with business / executive stakeholders unlocking business and change opportunityCollaborate to bring together business change concepts with delivery technical teams / consultants representing high value to the customer.What You'll BringAt least 5-7 years of experience in OCM consulting, SI consulting, leading consulting projects, and / or leading business readiness / change management engagementsStrong understanding of change management methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsOCM certification from a recognised institutionAbility to influence and lead change at all levels.Why Fusion5?
