Play a key role in our transformational Digital Engineering Advisory team who listens to the information requirements of clients and works closely with asset owners, design teams and construction team partners to lead a pragmatic digital approach to the management and delivery of project and asset information.

About the role and team
Working in a multi-disciplinary environment, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver significant and complex projects across sectors including aviation, defence, education, commercial, health, transport and utilities. The role supports a mutually collaborative culture and offers opportunities for career progression within Beca.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have credibility, confidence and the ability to operate on both small and large projects across a range of markets. You will be a tertiary-qualified professional with proven experience in Digital Engineering services within the construction sector, aligned with NZ market practices. You will have experience in information management per ISO 19650, digital engineering planning and delivery, and providing strategic digital engineering advice. You will enjoy building relationships, leading people, applying commercial judgement, and solving complex problems with clients.
You should be energetic, proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about teaching others while learning. You will be open to opportunities across the Beca business, locally and internationally, and capable of working across offices in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch as required.
