To fuel the next stage of growth, we're building a powerhouse team across performance marketing, customer experience, and lifecycle and retention.Our digital growth engine needs proven experts at the wheel, as we accelerate into new markets, new channels, and new levels of growth.The roleAs Customer Lifecycle & Retention Manager, you\'ll own the engine that turns first-time buyers into subscribers, subscribers into loyal customers, and loyal customers into long-term Calocurb advocates.This isn't about sending eDMs and hoping for the best.
You\'ll architect sophisticated lifecycle flows that feel personal and timely, deploy win-back campaigns that actually work, and assess the opportunity to build a loyalty programme that Calocurb customers genuinely love.
You\'ll live in Klaviyo, get obsessed with repeat purchase rates, and know exactly which segments to hit with what message, at the right moment.You\'ll be the voice of the customer inside Calocurb, translating real feedback into product insights while building the retention engine that turns expensive acquisition into profitable growth.

Some of the things you might be working on include : Building out new lifecycle flows in Klaviyo, testing subject lines and timing until open rates climbAnalysing subscription cohorts to spot the early warning signs of customers about to drop offPartnering with our CX Manager to fix friction pointsDigging into overnight churn signals and deploying targeted win-back sequencesRunning customer focus groups to understand what keeps people coming back (and what doesn\'t)Designing VIP experiences for our highest-value customers that make them feel genuinely specialWhat you'll bringAt least 7 years' experience turning trial customers into repeat buyers, with proven LTV performanceThe curiosity to dig into customer behaviour data until you find the insights that matterHands-on mastery of Klaviyo (or similar) : you can build complex flows in your sleepA track record of reducing churn and lifting repeat purchase rates in competitive marketsUnderstanding of subscription psychology - what makes people stay, what makes them leaveExperience building loyalty programmes that customers actually engage with (not just tolerate)The energy and commercial instincts to optimise retention as a growth leverThe dealThis is a 12 month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to extend or transition to permanent as Calocurb continues to scale.
