Geeks on Wheels are looking for an awesome Helpline technician to become part of our professional, friendly team of ‘Geeks’, helping our small business and domestic customers navigate the increasing complexity of today\'s technological landscape.

Our team of Geek Helpline technicians offer a class leading service using the phone for remote sessions, fixing troublesome computer issues and advising clients on how to get the best from their technology. We have strong growth plans for 2026 and beyond and are seeking hungry people that want to grow with us.

We pride ourselves on delivering superb customer service. Our technicians have outstanding communication skills, the ability to demystify technology and enjoy building a rapport with customers so, a fluent command of the English language is necessary.

Life as a Helpline technician is interesting and varied, and no two days are the same. Become a trusted advisor and help our customers achieve better results from their technology while tackling a diverse range of computer problems.

There is also a requirement to help out with technology installs onsite as well! Great opportunity to get hands on with technology.

Essential skills

• Understanding of different Windows and / or Apple Mac operating systems
• Great customer service and rapport building skills
• Comfortable selling IT solutions to clients as required
• Ability to thrive on complex and technical challenges
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
