If so, then you are the type of Service Technician we are looking for.About The RoleReporting to the Service Supervisor, you will be part of NHP's Service Team and will be responsible for the following tasks : Adherence to company and customer site OHS safety standards & procedures and maintain a safe, orderly and clean workplace, using safety precautions and NHP safety system alwaysEffectively and efficiently perform service and maintenance, fault finding, diagnosis, upgrades, commissioning and testing of power products to ensure client satisfaction, whilst complying with strict safety standards.Provide technical solutions and support to customers and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholdersProduce timely and professional technical service reports regarding assessments and completed workParticipation in ongoing and continuous training and development training to deal with new technology and ensure current products are serviced according to NHP standardsPromote NHP products and solutions to customersCompletion of all administrative duties including writing fault reports, respond to queries and maintain open lines of communicationWhat you will bring to the role : Technical capability – Electrical Practising Licence & strong electrical background (preferably with onsite / industrial / commercial experience)Proven industrial or commercial onsite Service experienceAbility to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipmentSafety focused approach – site safety, workshop safety & drivingWell-developed written and verbal skills (ability to write reports)Willingness to travel – regional and interstateAbility to work flexible hours and be prepared to do weekend work and after hours, when requiredMedium or High Voltage Maintenance Experience (advantageous but not essential)To be successful for this role, you will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical.What's On OfferYou will be part of a collaborative & supportive work environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working at NHP including : Provided with a Fully Maintained Service VehicleOvertime will be paid for work carried out in excess of 8 hours per day (40 hours p / wk)Upkeep of Licencing FeesTools of the Trade including Laptop & Mobile PhoneA great place to work – the word 'family' encompasses who we are and how we do businessOngoing learning & development to meet your professional development needsAccess to an Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyA culture that encourages work / life balanceNHP is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
