Your Skills and Experience :

Qualified Electrician :

NZ Registered Electrician with at least 4 years of technical experience.

Technical Expertise :

Proficient in protection systems, SCADA, PLCs, and communication networks.

High Voltage Experience :

Familiar with HV systems, substations, or power transmission.

Independent and Decisive :

Able to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.

About the Role :

As a Power Technician, you'll be a vital part of our Maintenance Division, responsible for :

Maintaining, testing, and installing protection systems, SCADA, and communication networks.

Diagnosing faults, conducting system tests, and installing protection relays.

Providing technical support to engineering and operations teams.

Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical network.

About You :

Tertiary Qualification :

Relevant technical qualification with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

EWRB Registered :

Current registration is essential.
