Overview
We need a temporary Administration Support Officer on a temporary basis where you will be working in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Answering and triaging calls and being the friendly front of house receptionist.
- Entering maintenance requests into BEIMS / PULSE.
- Processing invoices and purchase orders.
Qualifications
Knowledge of accounts payable and invoice processing.Strong IT skills, especially with the MS Office suite and financial systems.A positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and great communication skills.Job details
