About the role
NZEI Te Riu Roa is looking for a membership administrator to join our team.
You will report to the CRM Manager and your role will include :
Processing membership application
Performing payment transactions
Answering queries by email and phone from members
Having organising conversations with people to encourage joining or retaining membership
Skills and experience
Customer service or membership organisation experience
Working in an operational team, covering for each other for breaks and leave and sharing tasks
Excel skills, including using basic functions and formulae to organise data
Experience using and updating records in a CRM or database
Phone skills that maintain and improve connection with members
