Your Role :

You will take charge of day-to-day operations of set jobs, ensuring our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include :

Scheduling tradespeople and apprentices.

Managing and training staff to improve efficiencies.

Ensuring our workmanship through quality assurance checks.

Managing major projects, including scoping, planning, and budgeting.

Overseeing health & safety compliance.

Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships.

Refining current systems for greater efficiency.

Reporting, planning, and auditing.

What We're Looking For :

A Qualified Electrician with three plus years of experience.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet.

Excellent communication skills.

Pride in delivering top-quality work.

Experience in a variety of electrical work.
