Our Valuation & Advisory Services (VAS) team lead the New Zealand and global markets in providing highly accurate analysis and projections of property values across all sectors.The Auckland team are looking for a full-time (40 hours) administration Team Leader with a passion for people and systems to join our team.

Combine your administration and leadership skills with this role.The Opportunity - Te aheiDirect supervision of VAS administration team including daily team resource and workflow managementBe the super-user of all required programs and their relationships with other systems to provide assistance consistency and tailored training to the teamOverall management of client systems whilst ensuring SLA's are met.Provide full administrative support to allocated team members within your region.Valuations support including quote processing, QRM & conflict assessments, job acceptance / set up and invoicing, ensuring deadlines are metFinance support related duties; processing invoices, expense, and debtor management.About You- Mo KoeStrong administration skills with experience managing a small teamExcellent organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships.Intermediate to Advanced level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Flexible, proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a changing environment.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.What's in it for you?
