The 3PL Administrator Team Leader plays a key role in servicing administration activities related to client warehousing activities and is responsible for managing the 3PL Administration Team.

This role requires leadership skills in a warehouse environment to lead continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the 3PL Administration team and oversee delivery of team activities and responsibilities.Interaction and communication with clients and suppliers regarding warehouse and transportation activities, requirements, and quality levels.Work with all parties including customer service, sales, and shipment personnel to manage transportation business processes to ensure achievement of customer requirements.Interaction with clients to actively resolve problems.Oversee warehouse orders to ensure process functions in a seamless, timely and dependable manner.Coordinate transport and delivery services for clients as required.Provide relevant support function activity across the department, including data processing, report generation, problem analysis, and all other project-specific inquiries and activities.Ongoing communication with clients to advise order status, issues, and PODs.Understanding billing processes which are linked to the operations.Working with WMS, CRM and BI tools.Proactively manage information to prevent exceptions occurring.Your ExpertiseProven leadership qualities and ability to train and develop team membersCompetent understanding of warehouse operationsAbility to drive continuous improvement in the team and address challengesExcellent time management skills with proactive forward planning and tracking to completionDemonstrates positive team attitude and work ethic with customer focused service deliveryAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Why Mondiale VGL?
