energetic and motivated Finance & Administration Officer
to join our
Wellington Branch
With over
3,000 vehicles sold
40,000 serviced
, and
330,000 parts traded annually
, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in the private sector.
We're looking for someone with some accounting & administration experience, particularly with month end processing and a background in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Background in

administration
Excellent
organisational skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a
process-driven mindset
Passion for
delivering top-notch customer service
Eager to
learn, grow, and take initiative
Confident working independently and making decisions when needed
Intermediate skills in
Microsoft Excel
A knack for spotting and suggesting
process improvements
A team player who's ready to pitch in and support others

This role is permanent full time - 40 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is based full time at our Wellington Central Branch.
