We're looking for a detail-oriented

Finance Administrator

to join our passionate team.

This role is vital in supporting the financial efficiency of our organisation through accurate record-keeping and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Process payroll and reconcile financial accounts

Maintain financial registers and filing systems

Provide general administrative support and assist with month-end processes

Build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, auditors, and external partners

What You'll Bring

Experience in finance administration or accounting support

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

Familiarity with systems like Xero and ApprovalMax (or willingness to learn)

A collaborative spirit and commitment to kaupapa Maori
