Finance Business Partner

The role

As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to the iwi, working alongside managers across Te Rūnanga to support their financial obligations, strengthen decision-making, and build overall financial capability.

What you’ll be doing

• Partner with leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and business case support
• Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across services
• Build and maintain long-term financial models to guide iwi planning and growth
• Deliver accurate management reports, variance analysis and commentary to support governance and leadership
• Ensure financial data is accurate and reliable while driving continuous improvement in systems and processes
• Translate financial information into clear, meaningful insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholders
