Overview
Archway are excited to be supporting a well-established and respected organisation as they search for a Finance Business Partner.
This is a newly created position where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and supporting leaders across the business.
You'll be the second most senior member of the Finance Team, and potentially the successor to the CFO longer term, making this a really exciting opportunity that offers longer term growth as well.
Responsibilities
Leading budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and long-term planning processes
Providing clear analysis and reporting to drive decision-making
Preparing reconciliations and producing meaningful dashboards and reports
Partnering with leaders to align insights with operational and strategic goals
Monitoring performance metrics, highlighting risks, and supporting improvement initiatives
Supporting compliance, governance, and statutory reporting requirements
Building financial capability across the organisation through tools and training
Supporting payroll, asset management, and insurance coordination
About You
We're Looking For Someone With a Strong Finance Background Who Enjoys Working Closely With Others To Add Real Value.
Ideally, You'll Have
Experience in a commercial organisation in a management accounting or finance business partnering role.
Ideally exposure to financial modelling and analysis, however if you've only got exposure to budgeting / forecasting processes these can be taught to the right person.
You'll be a self-starter with strong initiative, keen to add real value.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise
