To ensure smooth day-to-day administration with a key focus on customer service, maintaining systems, and building and vehicle maintenance and safety.Job-specific informationA strong focus is placed on delivering high-quality customer service by providing timely support to staff, disabled people and other stakeholders.
The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure inquiries are handled effectively and that office operations run seamlessly.As an administrator, you will : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bay of Plenty offices to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.Reception and administrative duties are completed.
This includes but is not limited to, processing mobility parking permits, responding to enquiries, taking minutes, organising vehicle and building maintenance, ordering of office supplies, supporting applications for funding including obtaining quotes and banking.Administer and maintain office databases, systems, and records accurately.Provide high-quality customer service and operational support to staff, disabled people, and other stakeholders.Support compliance with health, safety, and security standards across the office sites.With the support of the Service Manager and staff and our organisation, you'll : Deliver a safe, well-organised, and responsive work environment that supports staff and stakeholders to thrive and enhances effective service delivery.Provide high-quality, person-centred assistance that is responsive, helpful and ensures a positive experience.Our organisation takes a social, rather than medical approach, supporting disabled people to live their best lives.
