Role description

Reporting to the GM of Finance, you will be responsible for driving business intelligence & process improvement initiatives across the business. Key responsibilities will include :

• Partnering across the business to ensure data and reporting solutions evolve to meet user needs
• Designing and delivering insightful, visually impactful reports and Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights, strategically serving the entire business
• Leveraging technologies (such as Alteryx) to improve and automate financial and operational data processes to reduce manual effort and increase data integrity
• Collaborate with the BI team to improve the availability of data in the data warehouse
• Supporting the BAU of the finance team including financial planning, reporting and analysis
• Act as coach within the business to support others in their development of BI and analytical skills
• Engagement with broader BI community to develop and deploy tools collaboratively
