We're seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our Core Programme – a multi-stream, enterprise-wide transformation initiative that's reshaping how we deliver value to our customers and communities.
This is not your typical Lead BA role.
You'll be operating at the epicentre of scale, ambiguity, and complexity, helping steer a programme that spans multiple business units, delivery frameworks, and technology domains.
Responsibilities
Orchestrating business analysis across a large-scale programme with multiple workstreams and dependencies
Providing meta-analysis across requirements to ensure alignment, quality, and performance
Leading a community of practice for BAs, driving continuous improvement and embedding best-in-class standards
Supporting programme leadership with strategic planning, options analysis, and decision-making
Navigating ambiguity with confidence, applying a broad range of analysis techniques to abstract and evolving challenges
Qualifications
Proven experience in large-scale, complex programme delivery with emergent design and iterative development
Deep knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks
A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture, while managing detail and precision under pressure
Experience leading BA teams or practices in a transformation or programme office environment
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity
