You'll work across teams to gather requirements, support implementations, and ensure consistent delivery using NZX's project methodology.You WillUnderstand business functions, processes, systems and information flows.Contribute to the NZX BA community to maintain (and develop) the NZX BA Framework method, tools and template.Assist in the analysis of investigation results and produces requirements and / or options for consideration.To be successful in this rolea minimum of 3 years BA experience preferably in funds management, banking or financial services.experience in financial markets and or the energy industry, and their relevant systems and operational processes.experience and understanding of the requirements elicitation process.In addition to this you will have a keen interest in process improvement, ability to work through things logically and solve problems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to follow processes and identify opportunities for improvements.This is a full-time, permanent role based in Central Auckland.
