The Junior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying tools that transform business data into valuable insights to support decision-making and suggest actionable conclusions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and challenges.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Power Platform App-based tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing rigorous validation and quality assurance processes.
• Work with the wider team to gather technical requirements for data-related projects.
