What You'll Bring
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline — your financial expertise is the cornerstone of your success.
5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with deep knowledge of the New Zealand market (Bonus points if you\'ve worked in dynamic financial environments across Australia, the US, Canada, or Europe!
A mastery of financials, from management accounting to financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting — you\'re the one who makes the numbers tell the story
Excel wizardry (and other financial software too) — you're the go-to person for complex spreadsheets and data analysis, transforming them into actionable insights
A natural communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail — accuracy is your middle name, and you thrive in managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines with ease.
Financial modelling and statistical analysis are second nature to you, and you can craft reports that don't just inform, but inspire action.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — whether it\'s a presentation to the board or an email to a colleague, your message is always clear, impactful, and engaging.
A proactive mindset, constantly on the lookout for opportunities to improve processes and optimize efficiency across the board.
Sharp business acumen, with the ability to make sound, commercially astute decisions that drive growth and success.
Adaptability and resilience — you\'re comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, and you maintain high performance even under pressure.
