We are on the hunt for a passionate Distribution Centre Floor Supervisor to join our Huffer Distribution Team. Is this you?!

This role is primarily focused on ensuring a dedicated pick and processing team are efficiently managed to deliver order fulfilment daily, meeting the business priorities and ensuring all processes are completed to set KPI’s.

You will have come from an environment where you have managed a team of people, you understand and are effective at prioritisation, you are a multitasker and no job is too small for you to get stuck in to. Warehousing experience is optimal and you will understand the process of time management and efficiencies in work flow.

The key components of the Distribution Centre Floor Supervisor role are :

Driving a team of dedicated pick and packers to KPI’s

Ensuring the priorities for outwards are set and constantly monitored and amended in our multi - channel business

Managing the resourcing of the team through the month to the ebbs and lows of workload

Staying on top of issues management

Managing a safe work environment whilst on the floor

Managing space requirements

Inwards / outwards flow

The successful candidate will :

Be a team player and a ‘people person’ who is able to lead and manage people

Have excellent attention to detail, time management skills and can problem-solve

Be a multi tasker who is comfortable reassessing priorities during the day

Be self-aware and a hard worker who naturally OPERATES at PACE

Be physically fit and can lift and move boxes.

This role reports to the Operations Manager – Warehouse / CS
