About the Role
In this role based out of our Data Centre in Silverdale, Auckland you will be essential to the daily management of CDC data centers, overseeing site logistics, physical security, general maintenance, facility presentation, through a range of administrative and scheduling activities.
You will work closely with the CDC operations team to deliver a superior customer experience and uphold secure, uninterrupted facility operations. This role involves overseeing a range of scheduling tasks and providing hands-on site support to ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of our CDC data centres.

About you
We're on the lookout for someone proactive and motivated, ready to dive into a fast-paced, hands-on facilities environment. You'll play a vital part in shaping process, best practice and culture from the ground up.
We're especially keen to hear from those with experience in facilities or property management, particularly in critical or large-scale environments, with a strong track record in managing building compliance and safety obligations, as well as overseeing the defects liability period to ensure timely and effective resolution of post-construction issues.
