What You’ll Do

• Financial Management : Responsible for administration of procurement and closing invoices; support FM / AFM financial data for month end close.
• Vendor Management : Support AFM / FM by ensuring JHA / THA submission; support solicitation of bids and proposals for soft services; facilitate vendor orientation; submit DCATs and escort vendors / visitors as needed.
• Work Order Program : Monitor workflow and completion targets (end to end).
• Procurement / Program Activities : Manage ordering and inventory for beverage program; maintain office and miscellaneous supplies for the sites; support the copier operations program; continuously drive positive safety culture; employee engagement (WOW awards, safety hero, applause).
