About the Role
Are you an experienced people leader ready to make a real difference in the lives of whānau and communities across Aotearoa? We’re seeking a Housing Operations Manager based in Tawa to lead a passionate team delivering emergency and social housing services that truly change lives. Leading and empowering Team Leaders and housing staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred servicesManaging the operational performance of multiple housing sites across the regionOverseeing budgets, rosters, and resources to ensure sustainability and complianceBuilding strong relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholdersDriving service quality, continuous improvement, and cultural responsivenessSupporting the wellbeing, growth, and professional development of your teamEnsuring health, safety, and risk management practices are embedded across all servicesSkills and Experience
