What you’ll do
- Champion Meridian’s world-class culture by designing and delivering people-focused solutions that elevate capability, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the business, especially with our Strategic People Partners and the wider People Team, to ensure our initiatives amplify Meridian’s people strategies.
- Diagnose root causes, assess team dynamics, and support the business to overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
- Lead interventions such as team‑building workshops, coaching, conflict resolution, learning experiences, and capability-building initiatives.
- Enable change through effective change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and feedback loops.
- Develop talent solutions for long-term success, support leadership employee life cycle processes, and align development with our leadership commitments framework.
- Promote a thriving, inclusive culture by championing key People Team strategies including diversity and inclusion, leadership development, health and safety, and te ao Māori.
- Facilitate learning and development initiatives—virtually and in person—and turn insights into action through analysis of employee survey results.
What you’ll bring
