National Director - Commercial and Capital Markets. As National Director Commercial at Bayleys Real Estate, Ryan Johnson leads Bayleys' Commercial Real Estate business and Capital Market teams. With over 25 years in real estate and funds management across New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the UK, Ryan heads New Zealand's largest commercial agency with 225 brokers transacting over 2,500 deals worth $3 billion annually.

Through his local and offshore experience, Ryan has cemented relationships with investors, fund managers, government, local authorities, large corporate institutions, financial advisors, commercial trading banks and high net worth individuals. He also manages Bayleys' Knight Frank agency partnership. In October 2018, Bayleys acquired Knight Frank New Zealand to provide clients with access to its global network, enabling offshore buyers or tenants as well as assisting global investors to invest locally across a range of cities and sectors.

Ryan has brokered in excess of $2 billion of transactions, and confidently manages Bayleys' extensive Commercial & Industrial division covering 15 offices nationwide.
