Social Media Manager – Polynesian Brand

You will lead the content strategy and execution for a newly relaunched Polynesian stationery brand, focusing on bilingual Samoan / English products. The primary objective is to drive engagement and sales through a culturally reflective campaign across Instagram and Facebook, ensuring the brand’s unique identity is at the forefront of all content. The position requires immediate involvement in an intensive 4–6 week campaign, followed by ongoing content management to maintain momentum and community engagement.

Deliverables

• Develop and implement a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook, planning 3–5 posts per week.
• Create engaging reels, posts, and stories that highlight the brand’s cultural authenticity and product range.
• Produce visually compelling content, including graphics and short‑form videos, tailored to each platform.
• Collaborate on caption drafting and ensure all messaging aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
• Monitor and report on key analytics, including engagement, follower growth, KPIs, and sales impact, providing monthly performance summaries.
• Support the transition from campaign launch to ongoing content flow, maintaining consistent brand presence.
