Care Manager Adult Mental Health Community Team
Tasman Region
Permanent part-time position (0.6 FTE), working 48 hours per fortnight

You will need to have up-to-date knowledge of mental health & associated issues.
This role is suitable for a
Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker
able to work with Tangata Whaiora , family / whanau and other service providers in providing treatment and interventions.

About the Team / Location
Our Adult Community Mental Health teams provide high-qualitycomprehensive assessment and treatment for adults and their families living inthe Nelson / Tasman region. We enjoy a team culture of collaborative practice,openness, humour and respect across disciplines.As a Care Manager you will work a three day week, hours of work hrs, days of work to be negotiated between Monday -Friday.
About you
You will be a mental health professional with the confidence to work autonomously and the resilience to manage a mixed case load.
You will have current knowledge of mental health and other issues, with clinical experience also being desirable.
Whilst we are looking for an experienced practitioner - we also recruit for attitude.
