About the Role

We're seeking a Housing Operations Manager based in Tawa to lead a passionate team delivering emergency and social housing services that truly change lives.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading and empowering Team Leaders and housing staff to deliver exceptional, person-centred services
Managing the operational performance of multiple housing sites across the region
Overseeing budgets, rosters, and resources to ensure sustainability and compliance
Building strong relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders
Driving service quality, continuous improvement, and cultural responsiveness
Supporting the wellbeing, growth, and professional development of your team
Ensuring health, safety, and risk management practices are embedded across all services
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing operations across multiple sites
Strong people leadership and performance management capabilities
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and maintain strong partnerships
Solid financial and resource management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Current full driver licence
Relevant tertiary qualification in property management or social services
