The Person :

CA qualification or equivalent
Possess 4+ years of experience within a local CA firm, or currently in a commercial role with prior public practice experience
Solid experience in developing, leading, and motivating a team
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
The right to work and live in New Zealand
