We're looking for a detail-driven Compliance Analyst to support legal and operational compliance across our national network of retirement villages. What you’ll do
- Managing annual Village AGMs, statutory reporting, and the RVA audit programme
- Advising Village and Operations Managers on compliance and legal matters
- Supporting the administration of complaints, settlements, and legal documentation
- Maintaining ORA stock records and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation
- Coordinating enterprise-wide insurance renewals and managing claims
- Supporting the Legal Team with occupation right agreement settlements, transfers, and terminations, as needed.
