Job Description : Are you an experienced AML professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and client-focused organisation? We’re seeking a detail-orientated and proactive AML Compliance Analyst to join our corporate compliance team, supporting our Auckland real estate brokerage and management businesses. This part-time role (15 - 20 hours a week) is based in our Auckland CBD office, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a passionate team committed to excellence and integrity.

Responsibilities

Utilising the workflow management platform to conduct CDD processes.
Reviewing and assessing compliance and onboarding checks.
Following up with or qualifying with clients any missing or adverse information.
Monitoring transactions and managing CDD / ECDD processes.
Assessing Source of Wealth / Source of Funds documentation for adequacy under the AML / CFT Act.
Responding to AML-related queries from brokers and clients.
Conducting quality assurance testing and maintaining AML / CFT records and registers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a compliance, risk, or AML environment - ideally within the real estate industry.

Strong understanding of AML / CFT regulatory obligations.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

The ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

A professional and personable manner, with a positive attitude and the ability to see the bigger picture.

Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or law is desirable but not essential.
