Purpose : The Branch Logistics Manager will provide strategic leadership for the fleet team to improve performance, productivity, and efficiencies in vehicle movement, as well as ensuring timely repairs, compliance renewals, smooth process flow, minimal departmental rework, and reduced customer wait times.

Role Responsibilities :

• Coordinate vehicle logistics to optimize positioning, repairs, compliance, and minimize customer wait times.
• Implement standards and procedures for efficiency.
• Develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand branch operations and their impact.
• Build and manage a high-performing team.
• Drive improvements and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to health and safety procedures and report incidents.
