We also design motorhomes through Action Manufacturing and create digital products via thl Digital.Purpose : The Branch Logistics Manager will provide strategic leadership for the fleet team to improve performance, productivity, and efficiencies in vehicle movement, as well as ensuring timely repairs, compliance renewals, smooth process flow, minimal departmental rework, and reduced customer wait times.Role Responsibilities : Coordinate vehicle logistics to optimize positioning, repairs, compliance, and minimize customer wait times.Implement standards and procedures for efficiency.Develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.Understand branch operations and their impact.Build and manage a high-performing team.Drive improvements and champion continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to health and safety procedures and report incidents.Education and Experience : Supervisory experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.Class 1 full driver's licence.Experience leading large teams.Ability to meet scheduling, safety, and efficiency standards.Project management and team leadership experience.Proven record of exceeding logistical targets.Experience working under high-pressure conditions.Are you ready to make a significant impact and lead a dynamic team?
