About the Role

Our Legal team is the steady hand that supports Envato's creative mission, and we're looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join them. This role is a permanent part-time position working Tuesday and Wednesday, with your third day being flexible.

What you’ll be doing

• Be the go-to person for legal queries, keeping requests moving via Slack and email
• Own the calendar — coordinating meetings and team rituals so everyone’s in the right place at the right time
• Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as requested by the legal team
• Manage invoices and budgets, and work with finance and external firms
• Assist in maintaining legal team systems, templates, and procedures
• Support our General Counsel with diary management and day-to-day tasks
