About the Role | Mo te Turanga

Picking and packing orders accurately, efficiently and safely for our online customers

Communicating with other departments regarding any out of stocks, substitutions and other enquiries related to online customer enquiries

Demonstrating a positive attitude towards Health and Safety for yourself and others around you

Understands good customer service

Helps make customer-first decisions aligned to our processes and systems

Works well within our team and communicates effectively

Willingness to work on your feet for the duration of your shift
