  • Salary between $75,201 and $78,358 depending on experience

  • About the role
  • The Community Service Administrator will effectively contribute to the smooth running of Community Services by providing efficient and timely administrative support to the Community Service Teams, the Clinical Co-ordinators and the Unit Manager.This role requires the Community Service Administrator to be responsive and flexible to the changing needs of the service / organisation.
  • Tasks for this role include but are not limited to the following :
  • Providing timely and accurate administration support for the Unit Manager, Clinical Co-ordinators, and wider team members
  • Assisting with the administrative process for staff recruitment and payroll maintenance
  • Scheduling team meetings, preparing documentation, taking minutes, and noting actions when requested
  • Processing referrals for the Community Service Teams as per service expectations

  • About you
  • We are looking for a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will have the ability to deal with a variety of people and tasks, often all at the same time!

  • To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following :
  • At least two years' administration experience
  • High degree of knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar, graphics, and presentation packages
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain an exceptionally high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a team and foster good interpersonal relationships
