We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with some excellent organisational skills.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will work within the payroll team and will be responsible for effectively and efficiently performing the end-to-end Payroll function and support new initiatives and projects.
You'll ideally bring PayGlobal experience (preferred) and have strong verbal and communication skills.
You'll also bring a friendly and professional approach, willing to contribute to a team culture of service excellence and customer centricity.

You will pride yourself on quality management of payroll, hitting deadlines and providing fast turn-around for all queries.
This is a fixed term, full time 12 month opportunity covering parental leave.
We\'re Looking For Someone Who Has
Experience in an end-to-end payroll position with a high attention to detail
Experience using PayGlobal or similar large payroll software
Sound knowledge of New Zealand Employment Law and Holidays Act, New Zealand tax requirements, Kiwisaver and other relevant legislation
Excellent customer service skills, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
Utmost reliability, professionalism, confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive payroll information
A strong team player who contributes to an environment that embraces collaboration and innovation
