ABOUT THE ROLE
This permanent role involves a minimum of 40 hours per week at our Awarua plant, working with our manufacturing teams to ensure a safe and reliable plant.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
Maintaining the reliability of our fixed plant and equipment.
Collaborating with production, bulk and bagging, distribution, technical, and external contractors for improvements and preventative maintenance.
Responding to and owning maintenance tasks, sourcing necessary resources.
Delivering quality solutions for consistent product supply.
We prioritize Health and Safety, recognizing our collective responsibility in ensuring each other's safety.
This role is primarily daytime but includes shared weekend and after-hours work, including call-outs, to maximize plant availability.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for individuals who can contribute to a positive team environment, are flexible, and adaptable.
You should :
Hold a strong commitment to health and safety for yourself, your team, and the environment.
Have a Mechanical Trade Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Understand RCA principles and have practical knowledge of CMMS, with SAP experience being advantageous.
Be able to plan, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Have a good level of physical fitness and the ability to work with heavy machinery.
