About the Role As Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the STEP Establishment phase. Key Responsibilities Assist with project planning, documentation, and reporting Coordinate meetings and stakeholder engagement activities Support governance boards and steering committees Maintain project schedules, registers, and documentation in line with best practice (e.g. MSP, Prince2) Help manage risks, issues, and communications across the project Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders What You'll Bring Essential : Proven experience in project administration and coordination Strong organisational and communication skills Financial reporting and analysis capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools A collaborative, client-focused approach An eye for detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2) Desirable : Knowledge of te ao Maori and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi Experience in the public or education sectors Familiarity with NZQA's role and responsibilities PMP / Prince2 / MSP certification Qualifications : A qualification at Level 6 of the NZQF or equivalent experience in a similar role.
