Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens, currently running at 6%.

We achieve this through fermenting, pickling, and reusing our bi-waste (turning waste barista milk into ricotta and baking our vegetables in waste coffee grounds!).

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
